When you’re at Gamescom in Cologne with the Playseat®-team, you play racing games. One of the games we played is Gran Turismo 6 and we enjoyed it, A LOT!

One of the reasons we like Gran Turismo 6 so much is the very, very realistic gameplay. Thanks to the new engine and a collaboration with several car brands the physics of the suspension is as realistic as it gets with the current technology. The handling and driving are simply amazing; it’s as if you’re in a real race car, especially when you’re seated in a Playseat® gaming chair. We haven’t played a game yet that’s this realistic (and now I will stop saying how realistic the racing is).

A very awesome feature of GT 6 is the course maker, with which you can build your own tracks in different cities, like the Spanish Ronda. All tracks from Grand Turismo 5 are playable, but there are new tracks as well, like Willow Springs International Raceway, Brands Hatch, Silverstone and the famous hill climb at the Goodwood Festival of Speed.

As for the cars: the number is amazing. All cars from Gran Turismo 5 are playable and with the new models in GT6 (like the new Chevrolet Corvette C7) the total number of playable cars is around 1200!

If you want to play a really realistic racing game, Gran Turismo 6 is what you’re looking for. The game will be available in December.
