Gran Turismo Sport

With the bèta testing and probably a release date of Gran Turismo Sport coming up soon and an expected release date announcement of Gran Turismo 7 at the E3, 2016 is a very busy year for Gran Turismo and a very nice year for all Gran Turismo fans!

Thanks to Playseat® you can experience the Gran Turismo games the way they are meant to be, with the Playseat® Gran Turismo racing seat!

Gran Turismo Sport

Gran Turismo Sport is an upcoming racing video game developed by Polyphony Digital and published by Sony Computer Entertainment for the PlayStation 4. It was announced at the 2015 Paris Games Week and is the thirteenth game overall in the Gran Turismo video game series, but this game is a separate, standalone entry and is not part of the main numbered series.

GT Sport will include three game modes: Campaign, Sports Mode and Arcade Mode. Both offline and online racing will feature in the game. The game has been described as different from the "prologue" titles seen in the past in the series and will feature more content.

For the FIA Gran Turismo Online Championship two championships will be held simultaneously throughout the year: the Nations Cup where players represent their country and the Manufacturers Cup where players represent their favourite car manufacturer. The winners of the championships will be honoured at the FIA's annual prize-giving ceremony in Paris.

Gran Turismo Sport will be fully compatible with upcoming virtual reality headset PlayStation VR!

The bèta testing is scheduled for early 2016, so it's an exciting time for those who can't wait to play the newest GT game! Besides the bèta testing we are expecting a release date for Gran Turismo Sport very soon! So that's double good news for all the GT fans!

Gran Turismo 7

Racing game fans have even more to get excited about! We expect more news on Gran Turismo 7 at the E3, June 14-16 in Los Angeles. The game will use the same physics engine that Gran Turismo 6 uses, but will be much more powerful thanks to the PlayStation 4. Hopefully we will learn a lot more about this high anticipated game during the E3!

Remember: the best possible way to play GT is with the Playseat® Gran Turismo racing seat!
